Top Sites: California Dreaming, Bajo 1-3, TK 1-3, Makawide 1 -3.  Located in the province of North Sulawesi in Indonesia, Lembeh Strait is world famous for its macro life playing host to an amazing variety of weird, wacky and wonderful creatures found only in this remote corner of the world. Muck diving in shallow black sandy slopes we found seahorses and nudibranchs galore, wonder puss octopus, mimic octopus, hairy frog fish, flamboyant cuttlefish, lembeh sea dragon, devilfish, scorpion fish, puffer fish, harlequin shrimp, ribbon eels etc etc etc.

Water Temp/Gear to Take:  Avg 85F in early November, 3mm full or 5 mm shorty, Camera Gear for sure, Torches for night diving and caves, Sunscreen, DEET.  Very good visibility and good macro diving near resort.

Places to Go:  I stayed at the the Kungkungan Bay Resort (KBR) located in the heart of Lembeh Strait gets 4.5/5 stars for great service, awesome dive guides, excellent food and comfy accommodations.
